Andrew MacRae, Attorney at Law
Andrew MacRae Founder & Principal Attorney

A Litigation Practice Built on Three Decades of Courtroom Experience

Andrew MacRae founded MacRae Law Firm PLLC to provide clients with focused, senior-level attention on every matter. As a solo practitioner, Andrew is directly involved in every case — no handoffs to junior associates, no loss of institutional knowledge between attorneys.

Andrew specializes in general commercial litigation, including administrative proceedings, concentrating on disputes between businesses involving contract, misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. He also concentrates on health and disability insurance matters, including ERISA, as well as products liability, insurance, professional malpractice, and fiduciary litigation.

He has tried hundreds of jury and non-jury cases and has argued numerous appeals to various Texas appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Andrew also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law, where he teaches litigation skills — a commitment that reflects both his depth of knowledge and his investment in the next generation of Texas lawyers.
